Our goal is to provide a smooth ordering experience and help resolve shipping- or product-related issues as fairly and efficiently as possible.

Because many of our products are oversized freight items, the cancellation and return process differs from standard parcel shipments. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered fulfillment, warehouse processing, or freight scheduling.

After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are reviewed individually. Actual warehouse, processing, freight scheduling, or other non-recoverable fulfillment costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as a standard order cancellation. Please contact IDS Online Store before refusing delivery or taking any other action.

Freight Delivery & Inspection

Most poker tables, blackjack tables, and casino gaming tables are delivered by professional freight carriers.

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the exterior packaging and visible product surfaces before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible.

If visible freight damage is present:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and visible damage.
  • Ask the driver to note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • If significant damage is present, you may refuse the shipment when appropriate.
  • If the driver does not allow inspection, write “Boxes not inspected” on the delivery receipt whenever possible.

Shipping Damage, Missing Parts & Product Issues

If your order arrives with shipping damage, missing parts, or another product-related issue, please contact IDS Online Store as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and affected area
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Freight labels or shipping documentation, when available

IDS Online Store will coordinate with the applicable fulfillment partner to review the information and determine the most appropriate next step.

Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement components
  • Product replacement
  • Another reasonable resolution based on the specific case

Resolution options may depend on the nature of the issue, available documentation, carrier review, product or part availability, and fulfillment partner approval.

Returns

Prior Authorization Is Required

Because our products are large freight items, all returns require written authorization from IDS Online Store. Please do not refuse delivery or return merchandise without contacting us first.

Unauthorized Returns or Refused Shipments

Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may result in transportation, redelivery, return freight, handling, storage, inspection, repackaging, or other processing charges. Refund eligibility and the final refund amount may be affected.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Returns requested for personal preference, ordering the wrong product, size not fitting the intended space, no longer needing the item, or other non-product-related reasons are generally not accepted once the shipment has entered freight transit.

Exceptional requests may be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed.

If a return is approved, applicable transportation, original freight, return freight, handling, inspection, repackaging, storage, restocking, or other actual costs may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after all applicable review steps have been completed.

This may include:

  • Receipt of returned merchandise, when applicable
  • Inspection of product condition and packaging
  • Confirmation of carrier or fulfillment costs
  • Determination of any applicable deductions

Original freight charges and other non-recoverable fulfillment costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required or the issue resulted from an error by IDS Online Store or the applicable fulfillment partner.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
