We, IDS Poker, have been in the poker table sales industry for 10 years. Thank you for your support, trust, and tolerance for IDS poker. Our philosophy has always been to provide consumers with the best quality poker table at a reasonable price, and this business philosophy has not wavered even today.
We want to share data with you, about the past year, which is 2021. Our ocean freight rates from overseas to the continental U.S. have increased by 5 times. Compared with the freight before the COVID epidemic, it has increased by 10 times. Rising freight rates and slowing imports mean we have to rethink freight routes, how we ship, and where we manufacture. Although we have not hoped to maintain our survival through price increases. But until today we have no way not to make some adjustments for the cost increase. There are mainly 2 points (this adjustment will take effect on Tuesday, March 1, 2022)
1. It is about the adjustment of domestic shipping. We are going to change the original policy of free shipping in all states of the continental United States to cancel the free shipping in some states and increase the shipping cost by a small amount. After the adjustment, the states below would start to charge the shipping: Washington (WA), Oregon (OR), California (CA), Nevada (NV), Idaho (ID), Montana (MT), Wyoming (WY), Utah (UT), Colorado (CO), Arizona (AZ), New Mexico (NM), these 11 states, and the rest still enjoy the free shipping policy.
2. For the official stores that IDS Poker is still selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other online marketplaces, the price will be increasing for all series of poker tables. But at the same time, we will still keep idsonlinestore's price as the most competitive and the promise of the best quality of service at the same level.
IDS Poker would not have achieved our growth without the critical oversight, tolerance, and support from all of our constituencies.
