  2. Delivery usually takes 5-12 business days but the exact delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Some of the items may require assembly - We currently do not provide assembly service but we have detail assembly instruction video products that require assemble.

We design IDS products to bring quality and performance to your life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Returns with an original receipt: Merchandise can be returned for a refund or merchandise exchange for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unused and unopened to receive a refund or merchandise exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Returns without a receipt: Merchandise originally purchased from a IDS Online Store Retail Store can be returned for a merchandise exchange at the current selling price on the day of the return only if the item is unused and unopened and with store manager approval.

Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason

  1. To return a product, send an email to with your name, order number and reason for return. No phone cancellation or return requests will be processed. Customers must receive a written authorization back from our company prior to returning a product.

  2. It is unlikely that your item(s) will arrive damaged or defective, but just in case they do, please email to with the image of the damaged products.

What is your return policy?  

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well. 

What about returns for purchases at

Simply send your item back or bring it to a store near you and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?  

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.  

Do you take everything back?  

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.  

Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?  

We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. 

Are there restocking fees?  

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we have to charge 25% on large products that require Freight LTL shipment.
