Shipping Policy
  1. We provide free local pickup in New Jersey warehouse. 
  2. Delivery usually takes 3-6 business days but the exact delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Some of the items may require assembly - We currently do not provide assembly service but we have detail assembly instruction video products that require assemble. 

  4. If you do not receive your tracking number or you have any other problem regarding your order please feel free to e-mail us at

Return Policy
To return the item back to us is easy as 1,2 and 3 please click on the link below and fill out all the information and print out the shipping label and that's it.

We design IDS products to bring quality and performance to your life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Returns with an original receipt: Merchandise can be returned for a refund or merchandise exchange for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unused and unopened to receive a refund or merchandise exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Returns without a receipt: Merchandise originally purchased from a IDS Online Store Retail Store can be returned for a merchandise exchange at the current selling price on the day of the return only if the item is unused and unopened and with store manager approval.

Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason

  1. To return a product, send an email to with your name, order number and reason for return. No phone cancellation or return requests will be processed. Customers must receive a written authorization back from our company prior to returning a product.

  2. It is unlikely that your item(s) will arrive damaged or defective, but just in case they do, please email to with the image of the damaged products.

  3. Please carefully check the dimensions of the items prior to ordering. The dimensions are available on our site for your convenience.

  4. The merchandise that is shipped to you is insured with the shipping company to protect it from damage that may occur in transit.


Freight Shipment

This item will be shipped by freight (FedEx Carriers or other similar freight company), the freight company driver can not enter your house/facility, they will only delivery outside your house/facility, if you live in high-rise building or apartment, they will only delivery to the building, not to your house, we need your working phone number to ship out to you, and freight shipment is in general 3 to 7 business days longer than small package shipment.

Freight shipment is very expense, if you simply refused the shipment, or if they can not get hold of you, they will send the item back to us, they will charge us the return shipping fee, if that happens, we will refund you minus the $300 shipping fee for both ways.



What is your return policy?  

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well. 

What about returns for purchases at

Simply send your item back or bring it to a store near you and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?  

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.  

Do you take everything back?  

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.  

Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?  

We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. 

Are there restocking fees?  

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we have to charge 15% on large products that require Freight shipment.
